Venue Information

The easiest ways to get to Grenoble, for foreigners are probably:

• fly to Paris and then train (TGV) to Grenoble :
  
  • prices for the train (two ways) vary quite a lot: from 50 euros to 250 euros
  • train tickets should be obtained through the national railways company (SNCF) website: www.sncf.com
  • note that the SNCF also operates buses, which are much cheaper than the train
• fly to Lyon airport, and take the bus shuttle (36 euros 2-ways) or TGV train (same price order)
• fly to Genova airport and take the bus shuttle (75 euros 2-ways)

There is also the possibility to fly to Marseille airport and then take a train to Grenoble, but this is not an easy way.

How to come to attend the lectures?

You can either take the tramway B or tramway C and stop at:
- the tram station "Les taillées universités" (for the tram line B)
- the tram station "Gabriel Fauré"  (for the tram line C)
